At Mastercard, I served as a site leader for the Vancouver technology hub, guiding a 400-person ecosystem. My focus was on establishing the operational cadences necessary to align engineering, data science, and product teams, while regularly advising executive steering committees on technology investment trade-offs and delivery readiness.

My domain expertise lies in building high-trust digital platforms and enterprise-grade transaction experiences.
